Capture, mark up and send screenshots from the Windows tray.

Screenshot Capture is a Windows desktop tool for region, window and full-screen capture. You annotate images locally, then save them, copy them, print them, attach them to email, or send them to Jira or another program. Baker Utilities does not host your screenshots.

Mark up a captured page

Add arrows, text, numbered steps and blur to hide detail. This example annotates the Screenshot Capture product page.

Capabilities

  • Capture a region, a window, the full virtual screen, or the last selected region
  • Edit several captures and pasted images in one tabbed window
  • Add rectangles, ellipses, arrows, lines, text labels and numbered markers
  • Highlight areas or pixelate them to hide detail
  • Crop, rotate, auto-crop, undo, redo, zoom and pan
  • Save to a file, copy to the clipboard, print, attach to email, upload to Jira, or send to another program
  • Use a tray icon, global hotkeys, optional start with Windows, and a command-line mode
